I had the wonderful opportunity to go on a morning sail with my wonderful girl today! She had never been sailing before, and really picked up on steering pretty quickly (attractive...)! I am, for sure, blessed to have someone like her who is interested in what I love doing most.

Well, she's still in school just like me, so she's gotten into other sports (golf and volleyball). She also never was given the chance to see what sailing was like, although her father spoke about it since he was in the Navy as an engineer. She was nervous at first about heeling and what all does what, but a Catalina 25 is a pretty simple boat, and she was pretty much doing everything herself by the end of the morning!​
