I have a question i replaced my fuel filters on my universal m25xp. When I was bleeding the air out I broke the bleeder knob on the valve . I have the new part and I'm going to replace it this weekend but would like to know if I need any type of thread sealant or just thread it on dry ?
Thanks

on my M25 that valve is sealed with two copper washers. You might be able to anneal the existing copper washers to re-use them, but you either need to do that or replace them.

<<<EDIT>>>
Ignore the above - looking at the diagrams on the TOAD site that part is different - and the copper washers on my engine secure a female threaded part that the bleed valve screws into, so IIRC I used a ground Teflon rated for fuel use. Teflon tape is NOT recommended because pieces of the tape could get introduced into your fuel system plugging up the injectors.
