Binnacle guard

Does anyone know where I can get a binnacle Guard. Our winter project is to build a cockpit table, but we need some way to attach to pedestal. Thanks.

Do you mean inexpensive?

Because binnacle guards are readily available from all the chandleries like BoatUS, West Marine, and Defender. I have an Edson catalog at home and there are several choices. Was the H34 outfitted with a Merriman? I think Torreson carries that brand(www.torresen.com). But if you are looking for used then look here on HOW(Gear Here) or in one of the surplus yards.

Winni:I may be able to help you out. We are in the process of proto typing a high quality mounting plate for the Y/S Merriman Pedestal. We should have our unit ready to go within the next week or so. We will need to get it checked out before we start production. The first unit we are going to produce is going to be the larger 12 inch unit. We are also going to be producing a 9.5" unit later this year too. They will be available on the website.
