I want to install a bimini top over the cockpit of my O'Day 26. Does anyone have their original measurements from when they ordered one for their O'Day 26 that you could share with me? Thanks!
I hate to sound like a broken record, but, "me too." I'd love to add a bimini to my O'Day 25 if I knew a source that could supply the proper sized unit.
I'm not sure how similiar the 25 is to the 26 .I just installed one on my 25 . I really don't believe anything is going to work as is. Here is why .If it is mounted far enough forward to clear the back stay then the front of the bimini will hit the mainsheet. Steve was nice enough to post a few photo's of his setup.However as most of you know our mainshet comes down just aft of the companionway. I had to have a loop cut out for the bimini to clear the backstay .I will post photo's and dimensions in a few days. The rear bar of the bimini now runs behind the backstay.
