Bimini top Hunter 23

I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find a new or used bimini top for 1987 Hunter 23.

I don't have pictures but I can tell you my experience with it. First of all, it is very helpful in the South during the summer. The drawback is it's low and makes moving around in the cockpit awkward. Also makes going forward quite the challenge. If I were to have another H23 here in the South I would want one again. Even though it's limiting.

I measured the original bimini for the 23.5. The forum store orders from them and like Kermit said, it sure helps during the summer months. The original color was Persian Green but for what it is worth, the material or sunbrella gets hot underneath it during the hot summer months so I suggest that you get a light color. In addition there is a four and 6 foot length bimini and may I suggest the 6 footer. You will need to move the boom bail forward for attachment of the mainsheet but that does not affect the performance. There are instructions generally provided. The drawback is you cannot stand under it as you will be sitting down.

Oops had a brain fart which is why I am Crazy. The 23 is different from the 23.5. However, I know who the manufacture is and there product is good quality. It can be ordered thru the forum store.
