Can you take some pictures of your placement and the height width measurements? I have an 87 M25, and am struggling to figure that out...Here is a neat little mod that I added to the Mac 25 bimini. It will increase head room by about 18". You have to raise the boom with a topping lift and only used in the extended position when anchored.

thanks for the infohello
I bought my bimini on e-bay... you have to know the dimensions of your cockpit and boom height... I bought mine from e-bay seller 'xcenters'... he has all the colors, sizes, and models... I bought mine for $119 on e-bay... it works wonderful, and goes under my boom.... my son cannot stand up full height under mine... but I only use it when I am sitting at anchor or fishing... when sailing, I put it back and put the cover on it... it came with the zipper cover too... I got the one with dimensions of 72 x 36 x 79-84... and I got it in blue about the same color as my boat...
sincerely
Jess
Mine was on a 2' track mounted on the horizontal surface on the side of the gunnnels. Can you take some pictures of your placement and the height width measurements? I have an 87 M25, and am struggling to figure that out...
Sorry, I'm spatially challenged.

Thanks for the info. I think having all the supports right in the middle of the cockpit would drive be absolutely crazy though. That's right where I like to get on and off the boat at the dock, and it still doesn't cover as much area as I'd like. I still need to do a little measuring, but I have an idea for a design I think will work a lot better for me, and wont have a lot of extra junk in the way. Should be able to beat the price too since I'll be building it myself. One of the fringe benefits of having a full metal working shop in the back yard.Bug, my Bimini came from a vendor on eBay that makes them for Macs....
