Bill, I'm not sure about the capri's,(I have a C-22), but I do know that a good source of bimini's would be at overton's. The prices seem good, you can order the bimini's that will fit your boat. It depends where you want to mount your rails. They offer different heights as well. So the boom height will be no problem. You might want to consider spending a little more for the stainless steel frame though. If you sail with it up, and it's a good blow, you will want the strength that the stainless steel will give you. I hope this helps a little. Jay
