I put mine on my h23 and someone gave me this advice and it worked great for me.
Assemble the complete frame and set it on your boat.
Position the frame keeping in mind the boom
Mark were you are going to drill and then drill your anchor holes
Take the frame apart and put the canvas on it
Set it back on your boat and screw it down
Good luck Charles

well I got it installed , I used the correct drill bit size but had some trouble towards the stern , the two upright supports that install at the stern were hard to put in as there is a metal "plate"? under the coaming fiberglass I had one screw snap off so had to go home and get the files and metal drill bits to clear it.Other then that it works great and glad I got one. I did however have some troubles with the sock that covers the bimini I started to zip it up and the binding has come undone about 16" along the zipper this was depressing as I had just sweated in the sun for over an hr installing it and then whammo the binding problem. I wrote the company and sure they will take care of it. I cant bring it to local guy as he's a buddy and is always swamped with work which is why I ordered instead of going local" were friends now and want to keep it that way "will let you know how I make out with the sock , but other then that am very satisfied with the product.

Hunter 23.5 Bimini

Here is my 23.5 with a bimini ordered from this site. Took me a few hours to install. Measure twice, drill once ! We sail with the bimini "up" and no problem with boom clearance.

Screws for bimini

Did you use regular stainless steel screws or did you need specials screws for fiberglass? You see we have bimini that came with our boat but it was never installed and it has no hardware with it.

The company sent everything I needed to install , the screws were stainless. I'm sure it was my fault when snapping the scew off in thecoaming. If you get one be careful as I said there is a metal plate towards the stern that I had a rough time screwing into.

Had to take minute to refer anyone in teh market for a bimini to check this sites store . I got my bimini within the said time. was able to track it once it shipped easily enough. and the service after the sale was excellent. as I stated by boot cover was starting to come loose at the binding and within a week of speaking with the customer sales folks I now have a new boot. Would definetly use this company again for there customer service alone.
