I want to install a bimini on my H-26. Does anybody know what kind is the best (4 to 6 feet) and where can I buy it?

The company that makes the biminis are excellent as I am the one who recommended them over 23 years ago. I would suggest the 6 foot as it will give you more coverage under a hot sun. If you are in the south, get a lighter color as the dark blue will create heat under the bimini.

You will need to state the specific model and year due to changes over the years. YOU CAN PURCHASE YOUR BIMINI FROM THIS SITE AS THEY SELL THEM AND TRUST ME, THIS SITE IS VERY REASONABLE.

I also have an H26. Mine does not have stern rail seats and I suffer with stern rail seat envy! These are on my future upgrade list. The reason I bring this up is that my current bimini is mounted in such a way that it would interfere with future stern rail seat installation. So, if you have a stern rail seat OR want the option to later upgrade to them, the bimini design is different than for an H26 without them. You may want to take this into account when ordering. Craze Dave is correct about getting a bimini large enough to cover the whole cockpit.... and the color. I also second his recommentation about this site as a source. Also make sure the bimini is the right height (sufficiently low) for full boom movement in order to clear the top of the bimini. Otherwise, you can't sail with the bimini up. BrianW

The bimini height is already calculated for the height of the boom. Brian W., thank you for your kind comments but you were very smart to also advise whether or not the boat has stern rails/stern rail seats as I forgot about that one sir. Thank you for advising the post on this.
