WWW.sailrite.com has all the instructions and materials to make your own. I made one for my boat a O'day 35 and it is great. A few blemishes versus a professional job but it works. You buy the frame and mount it on a piece of plywood. Then use double sided tape on the frame and cover it with plastic and mark the plastic for the fit. Then remove the plastic and cut it out to make the pattern. Now use the pattern to cut the sunbrella, a few zippers and some hems and you have a nice bimini. I can't live without one now. dave
