I have 2...
My 1978 Hunter 25 has 2 bimini tops- One over the cockpit, and one over the companionway hatch. The mainsheet travels between the two, so I can sail with both biminis up if I wish- It just makes it a little harder to get to the foredeck when you have to squeeze between them. The cockpit bimini is attached just aft of the winches, and forward of the jib sheet cleats (yes, it gets in the way when you want to cleat off the jib, but this hasn't been too big of a problem). The tie-down straps are attached to the toe rail. The companionway bimini is just large enough to cover the companionway, and attaches to the hand rails forward, and a pair of small fairleads aft. I can post pictures, if you're interested (and if I can FIND them!).--Jon BastienH25 'Adagio'
