Because I like to fabricate [and sometime save a few bucks]-I'm going to make my own Bimini for our Hunter 356. Does anyone know the acceptable wall thickness [gauge] and a supplier contact. I currently live in Northern CA.
I also need a supplier contact for materials for the "run" channel or track that has 2 parts; the track [secures onto the arch on the 356] and the "rib or bead" that is sewn into the Bimini cover. I think there is an actual name for this channel/bead component
, but I can recall it.
