The boom on my 1994 H26 does not clear the top on my 6' bimini. I've reviewed the archives and the options appear to include shortening the aluminum supports or changing pivot screw locations. Any more options? Any success stories or tips? Thanks! BrianW

I adjusted the pivot locations...

on the bimini but did not cut anything - that and adjusting the straps and making sure I was securing them in the best location got the bimini under the mast but just barely. Not a problem as I have much in common with Frodo! Bill

On more idea-flattening reef

About 6inches up your leach put a grommet in the sail (like a high clew only higher) A line from the boom up through the grommet and back to a cleat on the other side of the boom can be tightened. This will raise the aft end of the boom to clear the bimini. Tighten the lne will flattened the leech, and moved the draft forward and clear the bimini. If the boat sails good that way, leave it tight or even recut the sails-if not experiment!
