Does anyone have a photo of a bimi installed on a 25? I want to purchase one, but am uncertain as to how it is installed, what is like up and down, and how you deal with the backstay and boom traveller. My wife says that being cooked on those sunny days while under sail is making her look old and causes cancer (she recently increased my death benefit). This could save my marriage and more importantly, get me on the water more! Ric

Pics

I have included a pic showing Pangia, my OD25. The dodger and bimini are about 10 years old. They are an incredible comfort and safety item, as the sun is a killer these days, even in these northern climates. The dodger extends comfort in the fringe ends of the sailing season. Its a 2 thumbs up upgrade to the 25. Don

Headroom

I'm 5'10" and my hair (still have some, lucky me...8^) just brushes the underside of the bimini. The boom, when I have set the main and released the topping lift and pulled down the vang, rides about 3" above the front bar of the bimini. Its a tight squeeze, but everything just fits. Don
