The bilge drains into three cavities under the floor boards. They do not appear to be connected so that the water moves from one to the other. There are holes in the bulkheads near the bottom and water appears to enter the rear-most cavity from some sorce, but not from the adjacent compartment. I am hesitant to drill a whole where I cant see what I will be cutting through. Just wondering if anyone else has this situation and why they don't drain into each other. I only have a single bildge pump and its located in the center cavity. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

They are connected together by a small (and probably plugged) lumber hole. dry out the bilge and take a strong light and search around for a 1/4" ish hole near the bottom on the connecting bulkhead. Then take a wire and try to clean up the hole.
The water coming into the bilge form other places is just that. Water making its way to the bilges via lumber holes in the other bulkheads.

when i got my boat new (9yrs ago) one of the bilge section didn't have a hole to connect to the bilge pump section. adviced by Hunter to drill a hole to let water flow.
