some things are sooo complex
in a 30_ same problem -- no place to snake a 1 1/2" hose below the sole plate- so i mounted mine in the starboard locker and routed the hose below the galley sink- I leave about 4 foot coiled on a hook and when i really want to use the manual pump well I open the cabinet door, lift the bilge cover board and actully let the hose just lay across the cabin sole till i get done pumping- at which time i recoil the hose and put it away crude you may say _ but i only preform such tasks in front of people i really know well terry
