Bilge Pump Location

I was rummaging around in the cabin of my new-2-me Catalina 22 MKII and found a bilge pump in a bag. Currently has a cigarette lighter-type plug and so can run it as needed. I was thinking of wiring it up correctly with on-off-auto switch, etc.

So question is where would be the best place to mount it? Where is the lowest part of the bilge?
