The bilge pump line from the pump to the outside of the boat seems to be clogged or pinched. Any suggestions on how to clear the clog? Had the gas tank cleaned and repaired recently. Had someone remove the tank and re-install after the repairs.

If that work was done in the neighborhood of the hose, sounds as if it may be pinched. In that case, you can only try to locate the kink and rectify.

If it's a clog, any chance of adapting a pressurized garden hose on to the bilge hose (remove the pump) and blowing it out ?

I guess the obvious question is - are the two co-located? If so, it’s likely the cause and it seems to me that whoever put the tank back after repair should fix the hose problem.

There is a small nonconductive threader fish tape that you could push from each end to at least get a sense of where the blockage is. Take care to not get too aggressive pushing it in you don't want to know for absolute certainty what the blockage is:biggrin:
