I want to connect my bilge pump outlet to the vanity drain on my Hunter 25.5. Any ideas as to the best way to snake the line from the pump to the vanity drain overboard.

There is no good way to do this. You may think you want to do it but you don't. It's a really bad idea.
On my last boat a C&C 27 I had my bilge pump drain discharge going to the stern through a separate discharge outlet dedicated for the bilge pump.
If you discharge it through a sink drain there is always a chance of it backing up and then you will have a mess in your cabin.

No. I was thinking of a T joint in the vanity exhaust to utilize its thruhull. Understand the possibility of a backup but I think I can manage it.
Shouldn't there be a thru-hull for the bilge pump? Or did you install a second pump? The only way I'd do what your proposing is with a Y-valve and keep it in the bilge pump position when the vanity isn't being used. That way you wouldn't have to worry about the water backing up into the vanity. But, you'd have to make a memory item to also check the valve when you put the boat up in the slip, anchor at night, etc. and ya'll know how good memories are.
We aren't talking about a sink drain that has a thru-hull fitting below the water line are we? Not to point out the obvious but that absolutely can't happen. Bilge discharge should always be well above the water line and independent of any other line. Nothing strikes the heart of a sailor more than the sound of a continuously running bilge pump. Respect the unimpeded flow, it may save your boat....... Short cuts with fire prevention, PFDs and bilge pumps can only end poorly.
