Bilge hose replacement

I've had a critter aboard who did a number on my bilge hose. How do I replace it from thru-hull. There is not enough room under my quarter birth to access it. Any advice would be helpful.

Are you talking about your bilge pump hose?

yes, I was. I found the access panel and have replaced the hose. Thanks for your interest.
