Bilge Boards

I need to replace the boards covering the bilge on my 82 Catalina 30. Are there any replacement ones out there or is this something I need to make out of StarBoard or Marine plywood. The plywood and StarBoard seem to be too thick 1/2" as the old boards are more like a 1/4".

My c27 had 3/8in covers. I replaced them with regular 3/8 plywood and it was too spongy for me. I used Starboard. I had to cut 1/8in off the edge with a router. Very strong and should last forever.

Why not contact Catalina directly by e-mail through their website. They have been very helpful over the years with stuff I needed for my '78 C30. If they didn't have what I wanted, they were always able to refer me to one of their suppliers with whom I dealt directly. Their link appears below.
