The access cover in the forward cabin managed to "glue" itself in place. Had to destroy it to get at the depth/speed transducers to replace them. Now I have an 11 3/4 inch square hole in the sole, right in front of the v-berth. Any thoughts on replacement? The few teak dealers I found on the web want to sell me a full sheet of plywood with teak and holly veneer. Debra

Salvage houses

Debra, Sailorman in Fort-Lauderdale sells salvaged pieces of various lumber and plywoods, including teak and holly. I know there are also a couple of salvage places in Sarasota that do the same. Perhaps somebody can give you their names. I am sure that the Tampa St-Petersburg area also has salvage houses. Check the yellow pages under boat parts and give them a call. Good luck.
