Bilg Leak C27

In my newly acquired 1982 C27, I have discovered a leak into the bilge. It looks like a small crack one half inch below where the sole turns down into the bilge. and it is leaking less than a cup an hour (weeping small tears) , but fills the shallow C27 bilge in about 48 hours. While the bilge pump can handle it, I know any water intrusion is not good. Is this patchable from within the boat while in the water, or am I looking at a haul out? Can some sort of patch last the season? Any ideas on cost by a pro, as I am not a glass patcher. Thanks for any help and advice from you experienced cruisers. Roger (now less jolly)

Doesn't sound good

If it's leaking that much, it seems clear that the leak is probably coming from the keel to hull joint, though the location seems a bit odd. And that seems to be quite a bit of water, IMHO. I would seriously consider getting this fixed right away - what would happen if you weren't at the boat for a few days and the bilge pump failed? LaDonna
