Bilge pumps are usually hardwired so that they can stand watch while the electrical panel is Off. There should be an inline fuse on the (+) wire. Indeed some are still connected to a breaker switch in the panel but if you can't find none is likely hardwired.
Thank you,
In fact it is not connected to the electrical panel, the problem is that i do anot know where to search in the boate for the fuse or eventuallu a circuit breaker.

The bilge pump should be directly connected to the batteries so even when the battery switch is off to all power of the boat and depending on your model there should be a auto type circuit breaker some place inline of the wiring from the bilge pump to maybe behind the battery 1/2 /both switch I think.
I am no expert and my boat is a 2007 and think that is the way my setup is and I have a push circuit breaker on my battery switch 1/2 both/off and a toggle switch on my main panel for added power to bilge pump.
If you can you need to trace the red wire from the bilge pump back to the batteries and I think that red wire leads to the main battery switch ( 1/2-both-off.

I have the 2000 H340. There is a 10A reset breaker for the bilge pump on the DC/AC electric panel in the starboard aft lazarette - the same panel with the battery selector switch. The panel also has a 30 A reset for the shore power inlet; and a 50A DC main reset.
The bilge pump also has a manual deadman's switch on the main breaker panel on the chart table. This activates the manual function of the pump.
