bf8ah handlebar removal

hi folks, does anyone on this forum happen to have any information or advice on how to remove a broken handlebar/tiller arm on a honda bf8ah motor ? i am not seeing how the throttle friction knob on the end where the rubber grip comes off.

thanks but actually i've already posted it on that site but as of yet no responses. i think i'll try reaching a honda marine tech on the phone.

That's probably your best bet. There also should be shop manuals available for that motor, and if your going to DIY on it you really need to get one.
