Beta fuel consumption

Does anyone have the liters/hr for the Beta engine? Leaving from Nova Scotia for Florida via the ICW and this one of the details left for the last minute!! Colin... Isis V-703

I would guess that your actual fuel consumption could vary (head winds, waves, growth on hull, current etc) -Tim________________________________

I kept reasonably accurate figures for fuel consumption for some period and I find a figure nearer to 1.33 litres per hour more accurate for general use, however I find that if I limit my speed to 5 knots I can get 1 litre per hour. In 2004 I motored back from Sweden to the UK in a week of almost continuous calms and because my fuel supply was limited went at virtually half throttle and I believe I did better than 1 litre per hour while speed was only marginally less thgan 5 knots
