I just pulled the daggerbard out of my '88 26D. The leading edge looks fine. The trailing edge has split about 8" down the length. Both sides mate up pretty good so I was thinking of mixing up some marine loctite epoxy, pour some in there, clamp it and let it set. Probably need to get several since they are small.

I have a marine epoxy that is a putty, so I think it is too thick. Trying to decide if I need to get the loc tite marine or other than the loc tite, is there something else that is better?

I think I will use the loc-tite on the seam. I like that West Systems glass repair kit. There is a crack on the side of the daggerboard that needs a fiberglass patch. That kit is what I was looking for, THANKS AGAIN!!!
