Best Boat Transporter?

I’m planning to ship my Islander 37 from Rockland, ME, to San Diego, CA.
Does anyone have a recommendation as to a good transporter?

We considered moving our boat last summer and contacted these guys: Trust us to handle your Boat Haul, Launch, and Transport. . They seem to know what they're doing, how to do it, and what it involves. They gave us a quote quickly, and asked questions about different points that showed they were involved and focused right from the get-go. We ended up sailing the boat instead, but the favorable impression continues.

Go with Brownell, you won't be disappointed. Very professional operation, high attention to detail and a well run business (family owned - you'll likely interact with Cindy Brownell during the process). Have been using them for a few years now for haul, transport to storage/launch and I'm always impressed. They have an extensive list of clientele, but treat you like you're their best customer. No affiliation, just a happy customer.
