Best 4 stroke motor for MacGregor 26

I just want to konw what it's the best lower 4 Stroke Motor for the MacGregor 26. 10hp, 15hp, 20hp, 25hp, 35hp or the biggest 50hp ?

I need to know what to replace my 8 hp Johnson with a 4 stroke ? I am looking at a 15 hp HONDA. I have a 1991 M26 For the answer to the question about what size engine, I spoke with a person from Mac in CA a couple of years ago and he said that not to put anything on the Mac larger than the 8. But I will need to replace the 2 cycle with the 4 for sailing on fresh water soon. What is advisable/permissable? Only the 26X can take the 50 hp. Hank
