It would seem that Beserk II is also a Vega. Berserker I was lost
off Cape Horn, if I recall properly. The photo of the three crew
members does not seem to be the original boat, but a
replacement. The boat in the photo on this web page is a Vega.
I can now reveal to my 18 yr old son that the Vega is a "punk"
boat.

I originally followed Jarle and know his story. Now thanks to you I know he has another Vega with a crew of Wild Men. Punk or not I certainly admire what we in NYC call his "stones" (ie courage in the physical sense).

That's a pretty cool website. The replacement "Berserker" is definitely a Vega - I read through the site to verify. These guys bear watching.
