bent rudder on my Ranger23 tall rig

Hurricane Ike didn't hit me near as hard as so many others. But I need to repair/replace my rudder due to the post is bent far beyond sraightening. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have plenty mechanical experience, but my glas skills are limited. Is it possible to dissect and place a new post? Are there any sources for replacements. Are there some capable of building from scratch? Anybody have links to rudder building instructions?

Bummer on the rudder. I have an old Ranger 23 with rudder problems, too, so I really sympathise. Mine isn't nearly as bad as yours, though.
