I am sad to say that I have just parted with my O'Day 39. Although the moment is sad, the future is much brighter, as I am looking at Beneteau's 44 and 46. Any Beneteau 44 or 46 owners want to give me reasons to purchase or not to? I'm looking at the 1998 and newer models. Thanks in advance.
