I have noticed a recent change in the format on the Beneteauusa.com web site. I often reefer to the web page for obtaining information on previous models and I found a lot of helpful information there; especially when looking up info on the model we currently own.

I cannot seem to locate the “Previous Model” tab on the new formatted web page.

Does anybody have any comments? Does anybody care? Am I the only one that found this a useful tool? Thanks.

The Beneteau USA website is currently FUBAR. Standby while they square away the web geeks.

Thanks Jackdaw. I did not see that. Will give it a try. Guess I use the same log in that I used for ordering parts. ?? Don't know.

Gunni, I agree.
Liked the old one better.

Nope you need to register again.

I also noticeed the Beneteau 352 is no longer listed in previous boats :naughty:

Also looks like the previous owners manuals are no longer downloadable or maybe I'm missing something.

I don't think your missing anything.
Your right, I had to re-register, but the info I was looking for is not there.
The previous model area is now geared towards those interested in Purchasing previous models.
It does not look to be much help or support for owners of previous models.

Its a step backwards for sure. They have the data sheets, and sometimes the marketing materials. often as not, it in french. But no manuals.

The French beneteau site went thru this some time ago, I'm figuring they are combining sites. This would also explain how you can put your BYC (Beneteau Yacht Club) ID/pass in and it logs you into both at the same time. The BYC is for sure a euro-centric thing.

No, for some reason, known only to the Beneteau webmaster, they rolled out a work-in-progress website and turned off the old site. Give it a few days to get fully functional. If my IT department did this to my company, I'd fire the responsible parties. Stunningly stupid.
