I searched the archives and this was addressed before. I can not sign in to the beneteau spare parts site. I called the nearest beneteau dealer (Kenosha Wisconsin) this morning and he thought we still go through the site that was affiliated with Mr. Ward Richardson. I go to that site, have a customer code and reset my password but still cannot get on. Help!?

I asked a Beneteau dealer I know about this a few days ago..
As for parts, due to sales tax issues, Beneteau is no longer selling parts direct but only through dealers. If you'd like us to get this for you, please send a description, photo of what you need and the hull number of your boat. We are happy to help!

Glad to hear at least one dealer is offering to be responsive to parts requests.
It would still be nice to have the parts website for viewing diagrams and trying to figure out part models, but I guess no other major builder really provides anything like that either.
Jackdaw, I'm looking for a used Beneteau First 210. Do you have any leads I could chase down? I'm finding First 235s, but I like the more trailerable 210 better.
