Beneteau Spare Parts Update

Beneteau closed the Marion, SC plant in 2020 and all new boat purchases go through Europe. They did maintain a US parts department with website access but were hacked. Dealers have access to it, but must request part quotes via email, wait for reply, etc. and Beneteau parts personnel are overwhelmed. They hope to have website up for general public in near future , but in the meantime you must go through a dealer. Dealer needs a description of part, pictures help, and your hull ID number. Boating Industry Canada News Week has just been informed that Groupe Beneteau has taken the difficult decision to hibernate its boatbuilding activities at their Marion plant located in South Caroline (USA).

What a great day. Beneteau sparepart site is up running again

Ordered a container of gelcoat a couple days ago. Received confirmation of sale and invoice. Site is basically the same for boat models; however, somewhat different home page. Also, had to incorporate new pass word to access. Great to see it up and running again.
