Does anybody know how to get a response from beneteau? 3 e-mails Ihave sent them with no response, zip, zero. I have been trying to find out the proper shaft size, length whatever as mine broke just forward of the prop last week and I need to replace. Has anybody else expierenced this on their boats?

Try calling them, it's the only way I contact them. I'd contact the parts dept for the info you're looking for. They may be able to supply you with the shaft cheaper than elsewhere. As for any shaft issues on our 361, we've had none. Keep us posted though.
