beneteau pricing

hello all - any advice on new beneteau pricing during these time? I'm looking at new beneteau 49's and trying to figure out what is truly the bottom end from dealers. I've seen new loaded boats advertised between $335k and $435k, and a 2 year old used boat for $275. help?

That will make a difference.

Anyway, we got a new 2009 49, totally loaded with everything you can think of (everything from upsized engine to full electronics to canvas to generator to every last little thing), for mid 3's.
