Beneteau Oceanis 350: Thinking of buying, what to look for

Hi.
Title says it all.
Going to look at a Beneteau Oceanis 350 for sale in the USA.
1988
Seems well kept.
Has the volvo 2003 which I know some people love to hate. It did recently have several thousand of work done to it.
I know the foam liner can disintegrate on those era beneteaus - but that isn't a major concern for me.

What are major issues or things to check with this model???

Some reviews of the 350 below should get you started. I am sure you will not be disappointed in this boat. Of course, for that boat age recommend a rigging & engine survey besides an out of the water survey of all the mechanical, electrical and structural systems, window and companionway leak tightness, etc.
