Beneteau First Class Eight

Hi all. This is my first post here. My wife and I are looking for a second hand trailer sailer that will be fast and offer rudimentary accommodation. We have newly arrived twin girls that we hope to enjoy our chosen boat with over the coming years. We are especially interested in acquiring a Beneteau First Class Eight. I can see that there are several currently available on the south coast but wonder if there are any members here in Scotland that we could visit.Cheers

Don't know for sure...

But I think we have one that races at my club. He calls it a Beneteau 8M. It is a beautiful boat and fast for its size. I suspect that accomodations are very basic, if that. As your girls grow, you might want something less "rudimentary" in that regard, but for daysailing and good performance, it would probably be hard to beat.
