Beneteau 46 - circumnavigation

Hi,
I have spent some time on Med and now want to sail to Central America and than to Australia and back to Med.
But I own B46 with shallow keel and besides area of Canary has not sailed on the oceans.

Do you have any experience with crossing on Beneteau 46 such voyage?
I thought about calling her but I used to her and now what is going on.
Any advices?

I don't have any advice but I've been watching a guy on YouTube who's doing exactly that, its a great YouTube show and they sail a Beneteau 42 I think. He just got it in med and had minimal sailing experience. I know I'm not doing this with my 36 but I enjoy their videos and maybe you can email and ask them questions. Watched them the other day. I enjoy them, it's down to earth, they aren't just off showboating and flaunting riches and the lifestyle that comes with excess money, as some other series have (and I know there are plenty of others that are great as well).

Its quite the story and looks like they're living the dream. I also watch SV Delos which had a period of bikini and drinking but they're now back to reporting cruising and lots of great shots and information about their cruising.
