Beneteau 393

Looking to buy a beneteau 393 2002-2006. Some boats have a 40 hp engine others advertise they have an upgrade 54 hp. Does anyone know if there is an issue with the 40 hp? Is the boat underpowered with the 40 hp?

The larger engine is a Yanmar 4JH, the smaller one a Volvo (I think). Most folks ordered the bigger Yanmar. As said earlier a lot of info on the 393 site.
