Just curious to hear from any Beneteau 393 owners if this is normal for electrical contections on your boat

On my B373 those wires run straight out of the blocks without the crimp connectors. It looks like maybe the wires were all too short and needed a small extension on each one. Or did they move the block a bit and need the extra lenght? I can't believe that ALL of the wires they ran came up short and they needed those extensions. FWIW, the crimp connectors look good so if all is working, I wouldn't worry.

Thanks for your response. I’m starting to think this boat was wired by a serial killer. Even the nav electronics are all spliced for no apparent reason.
It didn’t make sense to me so I had to ask

Again thanks.

No. Only Beneteau wiring block I have seen is the WAGO. Looks like someone pulled the system apart and crimped on short jumpers to a new wiring bus.

I have a 393 and no, mine does not look like that. It's crowded for sure, but not butt-joined on all wires. Not sure what is going on with yours.

Looks like someone cut the wires twice and they were still too short.
My 323 certainly does not look like that. Somewhere along the line the junction block had to have been moved from the designed position, or the wrong harness was installed. In the picture even the primary ground and hot wires have been spliced. I noticed none of the wires have number tags on them which is unusual. That should make an afternoon interesting for tracing circuits.

Thank you for all the responses. By chance could some of you post a picture of your harness just so I have an idea what seems to be normal compared to what I have.

Again, thanks for all the responses.
