I Have a 1985 375 First. There is a rubber black seal at the top of the rudder that has pealed off. My rudder also has some play in it. Does anyone now why that seal is there? ( I suspect it is to keep water from entering the rudder throught the top pin) Can this seal be recaulked or does the rudder have to be removed to renew the seal. Finally how difficult is it to drop the rudder and what would cause the play in the rudder itself? Tom
