I’m attaching a picture of the galley sink drain hose hoping someone might know the internal diameter of this T shaped black plastic hose. I don’t want to replace this 26 year old hose until I know more about it.

I can tell you a lot more about it without even seeing it first hand :
If it's 26 years old, it is very likely ready for replacement.
The absolute, very least you want to do first, is disassemble the entire hose setup and inspect the interior for any signs of breakdown.
If the hose breaks during removal, consider yourself lucky. If it's still in good shape, your lucky as it's a compact fitting. If not, the entire assembly can easily be replaced with new hose in addition to new hose fittings which will provide a smooth entry in the direction of flow.

Thanks Ralph. This hose will not come off intact as it is a one piece, custom built T shaped hose servicing two sinks. I’m ok with replacing it but I would like to be sure I can do so with available off the shelf hose. THUS i would like to know if the internal diameter is one that is commonly available in reinforced hose.
