I would like to run a wash down hose to the anchor locker. Do any 36 cc or 361 owners know if or how you get access to the anchor locker from the vberth area ?

From the v berth area you simply get access to the place where the windlass motor is, not the anchor locker. Unless you make a hole...

We have a 361 and wash down has been on my wish list for a while but never seriously started looking at it. My first original idea was to pipe into fresh water in the head on starboard side and have a hose long enough to run bow to stern, were you planning sea water or fresh?

Using fresh water is not a good idea. Fresh is precious enough without pumping it into the bay. If you try to anchor and it does not hold, you haul it up and have to hose it off. Move, anchor again, then hose again when you haul again. That's fresh water going to waste. It's no harder to get salt water than fresh water plumbed in. On a boat you should not waste water or electricity or ice. on my B323 i put a thruhull/valve in the cubby under a vee locker. A couple feet of hose to the pump under the vee.
