Suggest measuring the hatch and confirm hatch type, e.g., low profile, and look up size in the chart in this link, then click on parts to find replacement seal. Also you can refer to the Lewmar link for seal part number for your size hatch then contact nearest Lewmar dealer.
Get model number off frame if you can and contact Hatchmasters. They are masters at repairs and offer replacement parts. Top notch help on the phone too
Hatchmaster can replace the hatch lens, seal and gasket for $502 based on a recent quote OR look for do it yourself.
