Can someone please provide some information about these different series from Beneteau? All of them have a particular clean look about them. How do they perform? Are they all a wannabe cruiser and wannabe racer? Is there a demand for them and do they hold good value compared to the traditional Oceanis series? Thanks

pretty good boats

All the boats with the "S" have interiors designed by Phillipe Stark. A "hot" (sometimes) Euro industrial designer. The interiors are pretty cool. If you are a triditionalist, look elsewhere. All the hulls are from Jean Beret. Pretty much a hull from another boat that is tweaked. Different keels and sticks and rigging. They will all sail circles areounf the Oceanis, but dont do too well, but not badly against the J boats and the like. Good comprimise boats that are more fun to sail than the Oceanis (MiniVans). Larger ones 42s7 and up seem to hold their value.
