Would like to hear from owners of Beneteau 323 with swing keel configuration

Bought a 323swing keel,at the Annapolis sail show and have not sailed her except for a demo but I spent a month on a 331 with a swing keel. We traveled down to Myrtle Beach via, ICW,Delaware Bay,Chessapeake Bay and ocean from Atlantic city to Cape May.My friends are now in the Bahamas after visiting Key West.It takes you to a lot of places at 2'7'' that you ordinarily do not have access to.The in mast furling is also a plus for short handing.

How does the swing keel work exactly

Could anyone describe exactly how the swing function works. Where the device is for doing it, what turns it, how hard is it to do; how long does it take raise or lower it, etc.thanks.
