Lynn,
I have never sailed a 323, I have chartered a 331 & 393 and I presently own a 343.
1) the toggle switch should activate the shower sump pump. If there is a
second push button momentary switch, that would be for a macerator
pump, if there is one onboard.
2). On the 331, there was a valve beneath the head lavatory that had to be
turned to the proper position to permit the sump pump to drain the
Icebox. My 343 has an upright refrigerator, no icebox.
3). The Beneteau’s that I have sailed, have a float type switch in the bilge
That activates the remote mounted bilge pump.
