I have been looking for a beneteau 323 lifting keel for sale in the uk england and am struggling to find any for sale. Were many sold here?

Ironic question to me -- I was in the hunt for a lifting keel 311 (the 323 predecessor) and found most of those were in the UK / Europe. The 323 seems to have been much more popular in the USA than the 311 was, so it is possible that the 323 may be more available in the US than the UK.
Keep in mind though, the lift keel was a relatively rare model and a fairly expensive upgrade on a new boat.
Having said that, I love the capabilities of the lift keel, and find the boat (the 311 at least) sails quite well even with the keel fully retracted.
